Our office is seeking an enthusiastic, professional and personable Administrative Assistant to coordinate business calls, appointments and more!
$16-$18/hr pending experience
A few responsibilities of our receptionist task list includes:
- Utilizing SmartOffice, EMMA, Forefield, Laserfiche (CRM system) and other computer programs for data entry and organization of client data
- Assist in preparing paperwork, submit, track and record transferring existing clients
- Manage Advisors calendars by utilizing Outlook.
- Tracking review and follow up on service cases (Securities and Insurance)
- Prepare marketing letters and emails

Administrative Assistant Qualifications include:
- Four year degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience required.
