Westaff is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for a client located in Harvey, LA

This position will last for 4 months!!

Rate: $9.90/hr

Location: Harvey, LA

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Answers phones courteously and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Working knowledge of various standardized word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft, Word, Excel)
• Perform clerical work including copying, scanning, filing and faxing
• Performs other duties as required.

 Required:

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software–Test will be given before placement.
