One of Florida's leading custom-made shade fabricators is seeking skilled Order Processors with Customer Service skills for their facility in Fort Lauderdale.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls/fast paced environment.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented.
- Quality Focus.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Bilingual English & Spanish a plus.
