Westaff is looking for a 1st shift Material Handler in Merrimack, NH for an electronic manufacturing company!
Job Description:
- Responsible to receive incoming shipments, verify the shipment, inventory the items and pick inventoried items per the customer order for the operators to complete the assembly.
- Interface with warehouse, shipping and receiving functions.
- Perform other duties as needed to support customers, manufacturing processes and Quality System. This includes following procedures, work instructions and completing all related documentation.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Must be able to stand or sit for excess of 8 hours in a day.
- Math and basic number skills.
- Must be able to read, interpret and consistently follow drawings, specifications, manufacturing procedures.
- Good verbal communication skills.
* Stock room experience preferred *
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $16.00/hr
