Do you have Product Blending experience in food manufacturing industry? Rapidly growing, locally owned company in Harahan, LA needs Maintenance Technicians for their Food Production Plant on evening shift.
Pay: $16.00- $20.00/hr Based on Experience
Hours: 3:00pm to 2:00am M-F
Food Production Blender Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Collect Samples of Material or product for laboratory testing to ensure conformance to requirements
- Complete required documentation on batch sheet paperwork
- Transfer materials, supplies and products between work areas using forklift, pallet jack etc.
- Use blending equipment to add/mix ingredients for processing. Unload mixtures into containers
- Ability to work overtime and on weekends as required
- Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner
- Basic math and verbal/written communication skills
