A well-established company based in Meriden, CT is seeking an individual with extensive A/P processing experience including 3-way matching.

This is a TEMP TO PERM position.
Pay rate is $18-$20/hour
Hours are 8-4:30 with a half hour lunch.

Duties of the Accounts Payable position:

Process invoices for payment using 3-way matching
Review statements, research and reconcile prior balances and payments
Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies,
Print paid / payable vendor reports weekly
Mail out vendor payments weekly as they are paid Provide other A/P staff with assistance as time permits

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable job:

3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high volume environment

Must have experience with 3 way matching

Must have intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Experience with the use of property management accounting software applications or similar accounting applications is a plus.
