**Westaff is hiring a Production Worker for Fast Paced Production Line*
- Production worker supports the production line by inserting flyers into machinery for binding, processing, and folding before packaged for palletizing.
- Pay: $11 per hour; increased to $13.50 once hired Permanent (weekly payroll)
- Schedule: Wed-Sun 10:00PM-6:30AM
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inserting ads into machinery; standing the entire 8-hour shift.
- Grabbing reams of ads from a pallet on the floor and loading them onto 3-6 different spots onto a machine which pulls ads to create a binder of ads.
- Fast, agile, capable of moving pallets.
- Bends over constantly throughout shift to grab stack of paper weighing between 10-15 pounds from the ground, onto machinery.
Requirements:
- Experience working in Production or Fast Paced environment (not a sit down, or slow pace job).
- Capable of standing and bending downward for long periods of time Lift up to 20 pounds of advertisements regularly.
- Capable of stooping, bending downward and lifting newspaper flyers from the ground up.
