Pay: $16.50/hour (includes shift differential)

Hours: 3:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m., Monday-Friday (9-hour days for OT)

Job Overview: Packer

In this position you will work with a team to package machines parts that will be delivered to major manufacturers such as Caterpillar, G.E., and Cummins.  The packing process includes final inspections, light data entry to track workflow, and following written instructions for specialized packaging according to customer requirements.  The packer position requires standing for a 8-10 hours shift.  No heavy lifting.

This is a great, light-work, job for anyone with some factory experience.  This packing job is not that same as a warehouse packing job.  It's in a metal fabrication shop.  The parts you will pack are machined using lubricants and they will be oily.

Job Overview:

Package parts at a work station according to written packing instructions.  Log package and shipping data and print shipping labels.
