WESTAFF is hiring a Production Associate. This individual will utilize various pieces of equipment, and working under the guidance of the Production Supervisor packages cheese into 680lb blocks or 40lb boxes.

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Shifts: 4am-12pm, 12pm-8pm, 8pm-4am
(Some overtime required; participation in weekend and holiday rotation required)

Duration: Temp (with the possibility of being extended)

Floor Operator Responsibilities:
Work in a safe manner
Effectively operates equipment
Keeps pace with product flow
Follows standard operation procedures
Keeps work area clean

Floor Operator Qualifications: 
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to learn and follow sanitation regulations
Ability to multi task
Ability to communicate well with coworkers
Ability to work as part of a team or independently 
Able to meet physical requirements (Lifting of 50lb, sometimes at shoulder height; standing for extended periods of time, with frequent stooping, twisting, kneeling, walking, and crouching

Manufacturing Experience Preferred, but willing to train.
