Westaff is hiring for an intake coordinator to join our client, a friendly welcoming team! 

Pay: $15

Duration: Temp to Hire

Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Answer phone, take messages
• Schedule patients for evaluations, fittings, etc.
• Schedule outside clinic evaluations and prepare paperwork
• Print insurance forms
• Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in an office environment
• Experience answering incoming calls and data entry
• Understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
• Strong computer and MS office skills and understanding
