Job Description: Qualified candidate will be working in a high-volume, team environment while making appropriate hiring and employment decisions using independent judgment to determine the best applicant to represent Westaff.

Solicit, interview, screen, evaluate, select, hire and train associates.
Match the appropriate candidates with client’s expectations and requirements.
Instruct, train and orient new-hires on company policies and expectations about the particular assignment.
Supervise and appraise the productivity and efficiency of the Associates on Assignment through follow-up and quality control checks.
Address with courtesy and dignity any personnel issues such as complaints, grievances, questions and concerns that may arise.
3-5 years verifiable work experience in a fast-paced customer faced environment
Must have verifiable experience working in an environment where work activity was documented, measured and reported on frequently
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required for this opportunity.
Military Experience, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred, however, stellar successful entrepreneurs with superior attitude and outgoing personality combined with similar work environment / experience will be considered
