Cosmetics products manufacturer near Miami Lakes is seeking an industrial mechanic
Payrate is $17an hour depending on experience
Schedule is Mon~Fri, 8am ~ 5pm w/ flexibility for overtime.
Job Description:
- Assists and performs set-up of production lines.
- Strives for continuous self improvement to increase personal productivity.
- Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
- Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
- Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
- Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
- Changes over equipment within predetermined standard of time Maintains a continuous improvement process to lower product costing and/or add product value.
Requirements
1.Bilingual
2 Experienced in Manufacturing / Production environment
3.Great people skills are needed for this position, must be respectful to those around them per company policy.
