Bookkeeper with Payroll experience

Description

We have an opening for a Temp to Perm Bookkeeper for a client in Meriden, CT

Pay rate:  $18-$20

Hours are M-F 8-5

(Our client will also consider someone that can work 30 OR 40 hours per week)

Duties of the Bookkeeper position:

Processing payroll  (Certified)

Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable

Bank reconciliation

General ledger

Excel spreadsheets

Month end, etc.

This person will assist the Office Manager and will do any Administrative duties as needed 

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements to be considered for the Bookkeeper position:

Must have 3-5 years experience as a full charge Bookkeeper.

Must have experience processing payroll (any experience with prevailing wage and Certified payroll is a plus! )

Construction background is a plus.

Must have excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook 

They use:  Computer Eaze and Data Forma, specific to Construction environment, but are willing to train
