Meriden company is looking for someone to assist with Bookkeeping!

Looking for someone with Sage and Timberline experience (preferably)

Pay is based on experience!

This is a Full Time, Temp to possible Perm position

Job duties of the Bookkeeper Assistant:

- Process Accounts payable

- Enter invoices and purchase orders

- Payroll (Certified payroll)

- Job cost accounting

- Establish job codes

- AIA Billing

- Posting to General Ledger Accounts




Job Requirements

Bookkeeping Assistant should have the following experience:

- Experience using all or some of these systems:  Timberline, Sage and/or Quickbooks 

- Must have strong Excel skills

- Accounts Payable and Payroll

- Job cost accounting experience

- Certified payroll experience is a plus

- AIA billing experience is a plus
