Description

Westaff is hiring for an Account Admin for a manufacturer in the North City area!

The Account Admin will support the office with day-to-day support of accounts, data entry, and creation of packing slips. This is a temp-to-hire position. 

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Pay: starts at $14 depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Data Entry
  • Create and quality check packing slips
  • document management
  • filing
  • Maintains clear and direct lines of communication to meet deadlines
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work place.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Data Entry experience
  • Ability to work quickly yet accurately
  • Comfortable submitting to drug and background checks for hire
  • At least 6 months previous clerical experience
