Shift: M-F | 10:30am-7:00pm mandatory training hours, with flexible hours upon training completion.
Pay Rate: $14.50/hour
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to an resolving inbound calls and issues in a skillful and prompt manner
- Updating customer profile, comments and maintenance screens with additional information
- Performing proactive selling by offering phone feature and companion items, and closing sales appropriately
- Resolving customer situations in first contact or forwarding to Team Leader if unresolvable
- Maintaining knowledge of all products offered and current marketing efforts
- Providing feedback to ensure customer comments are being heard
- Utilizing sales skills to actively retain customers.
- Participating in Special Project and additional tasks
- Assisting other departments when requested
- Must be able to travel to Littleton, NH to pick up and drop off workload each day
- Proficiency in multi-tasking
- Two years college or equivalent and 2 years Customer Service or Sales experience
- Strong listening skills
- Proficiency in typing, writing and computer operating
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills, including problem solving
