SCHEDULE: 1ST shift, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, Occasional Saturdays 8am-Noon
RATE OF PAY: $18+/hour, WEEKLY PAY!
POSITION OVERVIEW: Leads Sales Professional in selling service parts, bulk fluids and accessories. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Identifies and provides complete parts solutions for customers. Resolves customer issues and promotes customer satisfaction with their team.
JOB TASKS: Responsible for Sales, Inventory and Customer Satisfaction for the Parts Department. Identifies continuous improvements in the areas of growing sales, increasing customer experience and employee engagement. Mentors parts department employees; helps identify developmental and training needs for employees. Provide high quality customer service. Communicate, enforce and monitor effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer service. Ensure parts showroom, warehouses are kept clean and orderly. Ensure client's reputation and image in the community is consistent with client's Core Values. Stand/sit for 8 hours, lifting up to 50lbs., Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet.
