Westaff has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Rep in Berlin, CT.

Looking for an extremely reliable professional with a strong work ethic to fill this opportunity with a well established company. 

Hours:  M-F 8-5. No weekends!

Pay rate $17/hr.  

Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Inside Sales Assistant:

Order entry

Customer service

Create/Issue production orders to the factory

Posting production orders

Customer communications

Invoicing

Creating packing lists and Bill of ladings

Processing Credit/Debits

Monitor inventory levels of standard raw materials

End of month reports

Filing and other clerical duties

Backup to Receptionist on phones

Assisting customers in selecting products

Maintaining knowledge of products for inside sales opportunities

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Customer Service candidate:

3-5 years in a Customer Service role (non-retail environment)

Sage software experience is a plus

Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator knowledge is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MS Office skills a must

Great attendance is a must!

Any experience, in addition to customer service and inside sales, with order entry, production orders, packing lists, invoicing, inventory, etc., is a plus
