Westaff is currently seeking a Customer Finance Analyst for a large company located in Lafayette, La.
Hours: Monday through Friday 11:30am to 8pm
- Contact customers with delinquency and negotiate payment plans
- Process orders with information given or contact customer to receive information
- Receive incoming calls from customers regarding questions on account
- Receive orders from sales failing for various credit holds such as credit limit, overdue invoices, credit card declines, etc.
- Report issues on delinquency weekly
- Review and collect outstanding returned checks
- Review internal and external information and establish credit limits
- Ability to adapt to situations outside of the usual occurrence
- Ability to communicate by telephone, fax, or email
- Ability to effectively negotiate with customers
- Basic computer skills required, Microsoft Office preferred
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Responsibility to work alone and work in a team
