Westaff has an opening for a Customer Service Representative, preferably with Epicor experience (or any other ERP system)
We are looking for a professional team player to work for a well-established manufacturing company in New Britain!
Excellent Temp to Perm opportunity, 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm
Pay rate: $17-$20/hour, depending on experience
Job duties of the Customer Service Rep:
- Answer phones and perform basic office and clerical functions as needed
- Assist customers with their questions and needs
- Order Entry
- Use of MS Office and ERP system
- Assist with preparation of shipping documents and scheduling
- Promote the company and their products with professionalism
- Provide product information and pricing as requested
Job Requirements for the Customer Service Rep:
- Excellent Customer Service skills, minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Customer Service experience in Manufacturing is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP system (Epicor) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must present yourself professionally, have a strong work ethic, and be a proven team player!
- Being detail oriented and having the ability to multi-task is required.
