Description

Topeka community focused company is in need of assistance with the high demand of Customer Care Advocates. In this role, we are serving the people of Kansas, our customers!

Work schedule will be Monday - Friday and will fall between 7am - 7pm! Enjoy your weekends off work!

Duties:

  • Review application and gather any missing information
  • Research member information to ensure accuracy
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Determine the eligibility to obtain benefits
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Office experience is preferred
  • Computer proficiency and professional communication skills
