Now hiring energetic, creative, and personable customer service representatives for our Branford retail store location!

Entry level customer service representatives will happily welcome retail guests into our store to offer customer support and assistance for order-intaking.

Shift hours include:

9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm Mon-Fri

8am-5pm Saturdays 

10am- 3pm Sundays

Pay Rate: $11/hr with increase upon hire 

The ideal customer service representative candidate should be comfortable handling high conflict situations, or difficult personalities with professionalism. Customer support team members should have computer skills including Microsoft programs, basic math and money handling knowledge as well as excellent communication skills.

What to expect?

Job responsibilities include preparing fresh foods and assembling gift arrangements for resale. Demonstrate your artistic talent in fruit baskets! Previous experience in grocery, kitchens, or restaurants translate well. Other tasks include inventory stocking and recording data, phone and in-person communication relating to sales, quality or order questions, and register operating in a team environment.

Considered candidates must have/be able to:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record (if also delivering)
  • Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
