Westaff is currently accepting applications for a rapidly expanding Commercial Real Estate Company based in Wethersfield, Connecticut seeking professional, experienced & highly motivated full-time Executive Assistant.

This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity

Pay Rate: 38-40k Based on Experience 

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support to the President & Senior Vice President
  • Assist with Real Estate Development Closings
  • Manage & Coordinate all Signage for Properties with Sign Vendor
  • Typing Correspondence, Letters of Intent, Leases & Email Correspondence
  • Scanning & Electronic Document Preparation
  • Creating & Maintaining Filing System (electronic & paper)
  • Prepare Excel Reports
  • Manage & Maintain Exclusive Listing Reports
  • Answering Incoming Phone Calls
  • Internet Researching Projects
  • Property Mailings
  • Monitor Backup Systems for Company
  • Notary (preferred but not required)

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience performing administrative support
  • Real Estate Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Computer skills required are:
  • Advance Microsoft Outlook
  • Advanced MS Word
  • Intermediate MS PowerPoint
  • Intermediate MS Excel
  • Positive interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can work on multiple projects simultaneously with little oversight
  • Good problem resolution skills
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
