Westaff in Saint Louis is hiring for a General Laborer for a great company in the Westport area

Westaff is looking for a wire cutter for a great company in Westport! This is a 2nd shift position with hours from 1:30-10:00pm with potential for overtime after the shift as needed.

This position will pay $14 based on candidates experience. Previous experience with wire cutting is preferred but not required.

Candidate will be pulling wire from large spools and cutting to specific lengths for customer orders. This position requires someone who is able to follow and read directions as well as work independently.

This is a long term position with potential for growth for the right individual. 

Position requirements:

• Ability to lift/pull/move up to 50lbs repetitively
• Comfortable working in a non climate controlled setting
• Comfortable submitting to drug and background screens for hire
• Commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read tape measure and perform basic math
• Steel toed shoes required
