Must be able to work varying 8 hour shifts between 10 am and 11 pm, and some weekends!
These are TEMP TO PERM positions, paying $16/hour!
Job description of the Customer Service Rep:
Handling over the phone interactions with the goal of providing exceptional service to consumer and business customers.
Deepening customer relationships through cross selling and new Consumer or Business acquisition utilizing a needs-based selling approach.
Facilitate problem resolution, provide complete and accurate information, identify cross sell opportunities.
Deliver service through additional channels such as email and live chat.
Education: High school Diploma/GED, College degree preferred
*** Recent College Grads are encouraged to apply in addition to applicants with experience!
Bilingual, Spanish speaking a plus
2-4 years of customer service experience required
1 year minimum sales or telemarketing experience preferred
Call Center and/or Banking experience preferred
MUST be very personable and eager, with a Sales oriented personality!
