- Build sales orders and create customs invoices for international shipments
- Communicate status of orders to customers and send completed documents to customers
- Schedule trucks with freight forwarders
- Enter inventory completions into JD Edwards and Excel spreadsheets
Skills:
- Well organized with solid priority management, and problem solving skills
- Proficients with Microsoft office products
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self starter, positive attitude, team and detail oriented
- Ability to multi task
