Description

Performs administrative and office support activities for Quality Assurance Manager. Duties may include handling telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.

 

Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Quality Manager

Liaison between internal Quality, Materials, and Production departments

Responsible to create and update Quality "Key Performance Indicator" charts

Organizes and accurately maintains filing system of confidential information

Assists in general QA record keeping, which may include, but is not limited to AMNC's, PSM's, CARs, meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and converting files to electronic documents.

Support other members of the Quality Team

  • Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm
  • Overtime available.
