Pay: $13/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Term: Mid January- End of April

Duties:

  • Answering the phone, directing calls, and taking messages
  • Assisting with walk-in customers
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Scanning, filing, and sorting documents
  • Assisting accountant with clerical tasks

Qualifications:

  • Great customer service!
  • Office/receptionist experience is a plus
  • High level of confidentiality
