Seabroook based corporation is seeking an admin assistant.
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
This is an entry level opportunity.
- Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.
- Managing calendars and appointments, monitoring phone calls and emails, travel arrangements, scheduling conference calls/meetings
- Produce time-sensitive work products
- Maintaining office supplies
- Track, review and process invoices and expenses
- Create and edit in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Gather, summarize data and prepare correspondence or reports.
- Be a meeting coordinator and provide on-site assistance as needed including but not limited to organizing meeting space, accommodations, catering, audio-visual and dinners for the meeting functions.
- Responsible for preparation for meeting events such as presentations and handouts.
- proficient in MS Office
- pleasant demeanor on the phone
- able to work independently
- some experience in meeting preparation and planning
- comfortable scheduling travel and meetings
