Calling all craft enthusiasts!  We have an amazing opportunity for you!  Now hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant for a locally owned craft store in Helena, MT!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday + 1 weekend/month

9:30am-6:30pm

Pay:

$12/hr

Duties:

  • Answer phone, directing calls and taking messages as needed
  • Organize calendar and schedule appointments 
  • Correspondence by email, memos, mail, and fax
  • Maintain environment and order supplies when needed
  • Develop and maintain filing system for documentation
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide clerical support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • Must be highly organized
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work with both internal staff and external customers
  • Knowledge of small business ownership
  • Motivated to learn and take on new tasks
