Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers by responding to inquiries and providing information about programs.
Temporary to hire associate will be responsible for responding to in-bound phone calls, interactive voice response, or web-based portal inquiries on programs and services.
- Customer Service Representative will be responsible for documenting interactions and transactions in detail. While also providing the results or actions taken to meet customer needs.
- Refer customer grievances to proper departments to be investigated
- Accurately enter data
- Complete other assigned duties
