Purpose: This position performs entry level data entry, mailing of specified forms and reviewing of selected images for appropriate routing. Duties / Responsibilities: 1) Retrieves documents and sorts them by type, i.e. 3rd party fax, split fax, email attachments, etc. 2) Conducts basic inquiry within the appropriate data base to identify fax type and level of priority. 3) Routes documents to appropriate departments such as applications, support, or research for processing. 4) Performs administrative functions such as creating internal files from emails coming in the work queue. 5) Meets all performance requirements associated with application support. 6) Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Position Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. Experience Required: One year of experience in a clerical or administrative environment with use of personal computer and other office equipment.
Monday-Friday, 40 hour work week
$10.50hour, weekly pay
Data Entry skills a must.
Detail-oriented person for this position. Must be able to communicate well over the phone as well as via electronic devices.
Team player that can also work well without much supervision.
