Burton 2nd Shift

Contract to hire

  •  May be asked to enter opening paperwork into customer’s proprietary software, must be accurate as mistakes are costly.

  • Must be able to professional work with both upper management and UAW hourly workers. Must be able to multi-task.

  • All positions require you to walk throughout the facility multiple times throughout your shift, gathering paperwork to complete your duties, delivering paperwork to various departments, etc.

  • Dress in the facility is business casual, dress pants or khakis with a nice Shirt/Top/Sweater.

  • All associates are required to wear a shoe or boot that covers the entire foot. Leather is preferred but imitation leather is acceptable. No heels are allowed.

  • Outlook (able to create professional email, proper grammer, etc.)

  • Filing ability

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Answer questions from both internal and external customers professional and with patience

  • Coordinate/schedule pickups/deliveries

  • Strong organization skills

  • Strong Written AND Verbal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Accuracy is VERY important, because mistakes are costly

  • May work in various department
