Great Temp to Hire opportunity for a professional downtown client!

Job duties:

  • Handle phone calls from agents requiring some level of "real time" support; including troubleshooting more complex system issues.
  • Answer email requests, processed same day.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Taking/ Making inbound/ outbound calls to/from agents.
  • Accurate and fast Data Entry.
  • Process toner/ service requests.
  • Troubleshoot system/ phone issues.

Maintain professional behavior in a business atmosphere.

No cell phone/ personal internet use while clocked in.

Job Requirements

  • Must be flexible to work between the hours of 730am - 730pm 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other PC functions including Internet Research. 
  • Previous 2 years experience as a help desk/ tech support agent.
