- Answer email requests, processed same day.
- Exhibit excellent communication and phone skills.
- Taking/ Making inbound/ outbound calls to/from agents.
- Accurate and fast Data Entry.
- Process toner/ service requests.
- Troubleshoot system/ phone issues.
Maintain professional behavior in a business atmosphere.
No cell phone/ personal internet use while clocked in.
