Looking for an experienced candidate interested in supporting an office department and VPs! Client is in Burlington!

Pay: $18-$20

Duration: 2 Months

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees office procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the department and office
  • Acts as primary support person to the VP of the department
  • Performs office support functions
  • Provides direction and guidance to the support staff
  • Provide other general office administrative duties (as required)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, and/ or computerized data entry (preferred)
  • Advanced skills and abilities in an office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced scheduling skills
  • Polished written, and verbal communication skills with a customer service disposition
  • Solid work history combined with two positive references
