Seeking Professional Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic Pharmaceutical Company to work in the call center, located in Covington, La. The individual must be able to deliver high quality results in support of our client's objectives and mission. Pay $13 + Commission

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Achieves daily inbound and outbound call requirement based on team’s expectation
  • Handles all calls in accordance with company standards – courteously and professionally
  • Establishes rapport and builds trust while assisting patients
  • Identifies patient’s needs quickly and accurately
  • Uses services and available resources to convert inquiry calls to new customers
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients by taking the extra mile
  • Meets dialogue requirements according to Quality Assurance guidelines
  • Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in service/sales oriented environment 
  • Bi-lingual, Spanish 
  • Ability to learn new skills and technology at a fast pace
  • Evident work ethic; ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast paced environment; able to work under pressure and effectively manage stress
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Word, basic Excel,and intermediate Outlook)
