Westaff is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the HR department of an exciting nutrition product production facility and manage their full-cycle recruiting processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have an HR/recruiting academic background along with proven work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates with experienced required in placing associates in manufacturing positions.

Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

This is a manufacturing/production company so this candidate will be staffing for a wide arrange of positions both entry level and higher up.  

This positions begins compensation at 55-65k annually with great opportunity for growth and a competitive commission structure!

 

Internal Recruiter responsibilities include:

  • Writing and advertising job descriptions and openings, sourcing candidates through online channels. Keeping job descriptions accurate and up to date.
  • Screening resumes/applications and updating candidates on hiring processes. Reporting to hiring and HR managers on the status of open positions and progress made.
  • Interviewing and evaluating candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews. Providing interview feedback based on determining qualification criteria for each position and its needs.
  • Analyzing turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.
  • Participating in job fairs to boost company’s reputation.
  • Onboarding new associate hires as well as expanding the hiring department as needed by production.
  • Designing and implementing employee referral programs and participating in the development of performance based incentives.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process in the manufacturing industry
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Prior Management experience is a plus
