Must have a strong Customer Service background and the following strengths and be able to perform the following tasks:

- Answer telephones and greet visitors.
- Assist in processing Accounts Receivable
- Make outbound telephone calls
- Perform administrative duties
- Participate in best practices to advance the company's goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic math kills
- Accurate typing skills, preferably 50 wpm or better
- Attention to detail
- MS Word and Excel proficient
