Westaff is looking for for a Customer Service Representative for a great local company in the Monroe, LA starting at $14/hr!!

Must have a strong Customer Service background and the following strengths and be able to perform the following tasks:

  • Assist in processing Accounts Receivable
  • Make outbound telephone calls

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic math kills
  • Accurate typing skills, preferably 50 wpm or better
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Word and Excel proficient
