Meriden company is looking for An Executive/Personal Assistant 

This is a Full Time, Temp to Hire position.

Pay depends on experience in the range of $20-$23/hr.  

Looking for someone with excellent Administrative Sills as well as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience. 

Very fast paced environment! 

Job duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls
  • Draft and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Strong Administrative/Executive Assistant experience

Excellent Word, Excel, Outlook and typing skills

Must have some Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.

Above average written and verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment

Experience in the following:  Ordering office supplies, scheduling using Outlook, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, etc. 

Must have excellent employment references and good longevity in employment history
