EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR PART TIME OFFICE CLERK POSITION!
Schedules appointments and meetings for internal and external groups while utilizing audio and visual equipment as well as conference phones.
Monitors office supplies inventory and handle the ordering of supplies.
Answer phones, route calls appropriately and take messages in a professional manner and/or route to appropriate voicemail extensions.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Possess good written and oral communication skills.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive materials.
Knowledge of PC software including MS Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook, Google Chrome, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work at a computer for a prolonged period of time.
Lift up to 50 Lbs.
