Branch Manager Summary:

  • Manage branch with combined deposit and loan balances of less than $40 million
  • Grow consumer, business, and municipal deposit and loan balances
  • Strengthen existing business relationships while growing new business relationships
  • Comply with regulatory laws
  • Ensure branch adheres to bank policies and procedures
  • Prepare and respond to audits
  • Develop the skills and behaviors of all team members
  • Coach and mentor direct reports
  • Complete performance management processes
  • Support bank's community involvement
  • Possess knowledge of compliance regulations

 

Essential Duties:

  • Communicate effectively
  • Conduct daily team briefings
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings for sales, service, training, and development
  • Monitor and evaluate branch results
  • Provide staff with training and development programs
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Provide coaching
  • Monitor and complete required reporting
  • Provide performance evaluations
  • Reward and recognize exemplary team members
  • Community participation
  • Set and achieve sales goals
  • Manage existing business relationships

  • Minimum of two years of experience in branch management or a related field
