Now Hiring Customer Service Representatives! If you have a positive demeanor and enjoy helping others, this is the job for you! As a Customer Service Representative, you will connect with customers on a daily basis to determine eligibility for intake into state and federally funded programs:
Determine eligibility for medical benefits
Complete intake paperwork with applicants
Gather missing income information to complete process
Register applications in state Medicaid system
Researched member information and reviewing data to ensure accuracy
Utilizing multiple computer programs
Starting at $12.00/hr
Hours of operation 7 am-7 pm Monday - Friday (Weekends off!)

Requirements:
At least 6 months office/clerical experience
