Westaff is recruiting for Customer Service/Relocation Coordinators in Rocky Hill!  

We have Temp to Perm and Temporary openings.
Pay rate:  $16/hour
Location: Rocky Hill
Full Time

** During the busy season of Memorial Day to Labor Day, no vacation time off is allowed! 

Job summary:

Manage vehicle transportation for corporate transfers from order inception through delivery, in accordance with client’s contracts. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.


  • Understand and set move expectations while handling customer issues with urgency and empathy.
  • Accurately manage customer files utilizing proprietary operating systems.
  • Communicate with operations & suppliers to ensure scheduling compliance.
  • Coordinate and communicate with transferees within committed response time frames regarding scheduling, pricing, move details and problem resolution for each shipment.
  • Data Entry of orders into online CRM as needed.
  • Answering phones and transferring to appropriate party.
  • Other Customer Service duties as requested from Customer Service Manager


Job Requirements

Skills Required for the Customer Service/Relocation coordinator positions:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Minimum 5 years year Customer Service experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent and accurate data entry skills
  • Computer savvy, will be trained on company specific operating system
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, strong and proven attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong work history with job longevity

Work Schedule:  * 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. 

Overtime as required.
