Westaff is looking for a Full Time, Temp to Perm, Personal Lines Customer Service Rep for a company in Wallingford, CT  

Full time, pay depends on experience!

The Customer service representative will have 3-5 years of Personal Lines/(P&C) experience!

Job duties:

- Provide recommendations for coverage 

- Assist Sales Agents with various tasks

- Answer questions re: insurance policies, coverage,  and resolving any customer issues as needed

- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls

- Quoting and comparing policies

- Transaction processing

- Processing payments

- Process new business paperwork, renewals, cancellations, etc.        

- Writing policies

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Customer Service Rep:  (3-5 years minimum)

Property and Casualty License/Experience

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Excellent communication skills

Team player, positive attitude 

High School Diploma
