Manufacturing Company in Hialeah is looking hiring for Customer Service Rep.
Ideal Candidate will:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interacting with customers, and all internal clients.
- Provides quality customer service on every interaction focusing on win/win solutions for the customer and the business
- Works well in a team environment as well as independently
- Highly skilled in organization, prioritization, and great attention to detail
- Embodies and promotes the organizations Service Spirit while instilling a sense of urgency and customer focus among all employees
- Continually maintains working knowledge of the internal operating systems, company products, services, and promotions
- Portrays professionalism, flexibility, and accuracy in every decision
- Transforms problems into practical business solutions
There will be two shifts available: 10:00AM-2:00PM / 11:00AM-3:00PM Monday-Friday
Training will be from 9:00-5:30 November 28/29/30.
12/3 would start their schedule of either 10-2 or 11-3 Mon-Friday.
