Job Duties and requirements:
- Serve as a main point for contact for product information, quotes, order processing and/or troubleshooting utilizing SOPs.
- Resolve customer concerns with internal departments, external carrier and vendors.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Customer Service Environment is required.
- Minimum 2 year degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings.
- Attention to detail is a must.
