Customer Service Technician
Pay rate: $14/hour
Temp to perm, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Provide customer service through incoming calls and emails.
Answer technical questions regarding parts orders, return, repairs, etc.
Assist with maintaining marketing material.
Prepare shipping documents.
Recommend best solutions to customer problems.
Make cold calls to prospective and inactive customers.
Use of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Use of CRM software/database, manufacturing software, and UPS Shipping software.
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
Customer Service experience-3-5 years, preferably from within a manufacturing environment
Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with CRM is a plus.
Stable work history
Inside Sales experience
