Member Services representatives address member/subscriber inquiries, questions and concerns in all areas including enrollment, claims, benefit interpretation, and referrals/authorizations for medical care. Majority of contact is via telephone, with some in-office contact and written correspondence/e-mail as needed.
Post high school education (Associates degree, college courses) considered with relevant work experience
High school diploma considered with call-center experience
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Successful customer service experience and relevant office experience
Healthcare, health insurance experience preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Payrate: $14.25/hr - $15/hr depending on level of experience.
