Westaff is looking for an individual with complex scheduling abilities for all levels of associates around the globe and high level administrative/customer service skills. 

Key role in delivering a positive candidate (internal/external) experience

Provide responsive and proactive support for target recruitment activities

Perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment function

 

Ideal – dependent on candidate

  • Assist in candidate sourcing, as needed.
  • Participate in social media posts and content creation, as needed
  • Participate in recruitment specific project work, as needed
  •  Strong professionalism and business confidence
  • Ability to connect quickly to build relationships
  • Strong customer service delivery
  • Complex scheduling experience – Outlook
  • Experience working in a corporate team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • High degree of accuracy and timeliness

  • 3-5 years experience required
