Description

Westaff is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to work as a day-to-day executive assistant for their client, a desirable Burlington employer!

Pay: $16– $18

Duration: Temporary (6-8 weeks)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Daily responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to senior level staff
  • Coordinator the day-to-day administrative duties in support of the radiology departments goals and activities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, charts, tables, graphs, etc. as needed
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls
  • Work with and support all members of the team as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience as an executive/management level administrative assist
  • Degree in Business Services or Office Management (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Advanced skills and abilities in an office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced scheduling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Polished written, and verbal communication skills with a customer service disposition
  • Solid work history combined with two positive references
